Camera Doesn't Turn Off

Describe the bug after using the mirror function and hovering away from the notch, the camera still shows as being actively used by the app

(using notchnook v1.3)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: open notchnook hover over notch click to enable mirror hover away

Expected behavior camera usage should be disabled appropriately after mirror function is inactive
