Crash when changing volume

Describe the bug Unfortunately, the app crashes whenever I change the volume. In the MacOS Activity Monitor, you can see that the CPU usage spikes when this happens, and then the app crashes. Sometimes the entire app crashes instantly, and other times it freezes for a few seconds before recovering.

However, I still need to restart the app afterward, making it unusable with the live activities feature enabled.

Only when live activities are completely disabled does the app function properly.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch the app
2. Activate Live Activities
3. Change the volume

Expected behavior That the app does not crash when i change volume.

Device (please complete the following information): MacBook Pro 2021, Apple M1 Max, 32GB Ram, 2TB macOS Sequoia, Version 15.0.1
