Hiding the media playback live activity in fullscreen mode only works for a few seconds

Describe the bug When I watch a YouTube video and full screen the video player and do the upwards scroll gesture to hide the media player live activity it hides. After a few seconds it just appears again while I am still in fullscreen mode.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open YouTube
2. Watch a video and put it in fullscreen mode
3. Hover over NotchNook and do the upwards swipe gesture to hide the media player live activity
4. Move your mouse out of the way so the menu bar at the very top disappears
5. observe (wait a few seconds)

Expected behavior The media player only appears again when i do a downwards gesture or the fullscreen playback is ended

Device (please complete the following information): 15" M2 MacBook Air (Mac14,15) on macOS 14.6.1 (23G93)
