HUD replacement not working on no-notch mac.

Describe the bug Volume & Brightness HUD replacement don’t work. Even restarted in safe mode: no difference.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: prefs; turn on HUD replacement. nothing happens

Expected behavior expected behaviour as is intro.

Device (please complete the following information): iMac Pro 2017 (intel) running MacOs 15.0 b7
