Live activities height gets out of bar in notchless screens (MacBook Air M1)

Describe the bug When not using any live activity, the height of the notch is like on the settings, however, when using any live activities, it will just get out of the top bar, expanding the notch beyond the top bar

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Just use any live activity like songs on a MacBook Air M1 (Not aware if it happens on other notchless macbooks)

Expected behavior I expect it not to leave the top bar, since it's not perfectly inside of it, the height and width of the notch while using live activities should also be customizable to solve this exact issue
