Remove NotchNook Calendar

Describe the bug I use iCloud calendars and a NotchNook calendar keeps appearing. This syncs across all my devices and it's a bit annoying to have it among my other calendars that I use on my devices.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Calendar
2. Delete NotchNook calendar
3. NotchNook calendar reappears

Expected behavior No NotchNook calendar
